📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily bar operations, including staff scheduling and performance management.
• Create and maintain a diverse cocktail menu, featuring both classic and signature drinks.
• Manage inventory and procurement to ensure optimal stock levels and cost efficiency.
• Train and develop bar staff to maintain high standards of service and product knowledge.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to create a cohesive dining experience.
• Implement marketing strategies to promote special events and promotions at the bar.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as local liquor laws.
• Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the hospitality industry, with a strong background in mixology.
• Proven track record of successfully managing bar operations and staff.
• Certification in mixology or a related field is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of industry trends, tools, and software such as POS systems, inventory management software, and social media marketing platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
