PT Restu Damar is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accountant to join our team in Samarinda. This is an urgent opening and we are seeking a professional who can hit the ground running. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, with a proven track record of managing financial operations and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Manage the accounting department, including hiring, training, and overseeing the work of junior accountants.,Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions.,Conduct regular audits and reviews of financial records to identify areas for improvement.,Prepare and submit tax returns and other regulatory filings on time.,Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.,Provide financial analysis and reporting to support business decisions.,Maintain strong relationships with external auditors and regulatory bodies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and international accounting standards.,Proficiency in accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with tax regulations and compliance requirements.
