📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities and games to engage students.,Assist in creating a safe and inclusive learning environment for all students.,Monitor student behavior and provide guidance and support as needed.,Collaborate with the teaching team to ensure students' educational needs are met.,Maintain accurate records of student progress and behavior.,Participate in school events and activities, including field trips and cultural celebrations.,Promote a positive and respectful attitude towards diversity and inclusion.,Adhere to all school policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 1 year of experience working with children in an educational setting.,Certification in First Aid and CPR is preferred but not mandatory.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Flexibility and adaptability to changing situations and environments.,Passion for working with children and commitment to their well-being.,Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.
