📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the design and development of new products, ensuring they meet quality and performance standards.
• Support the manufacturing process by providing technical assistance and troubleshooting.
• Conduct tests and inspections to ensure products meet quality and safety standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Document and maintain technical records and reports.
• Maintain and update technical drawings and schematics.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency.
• Assist in the training and mentoring of junior team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
• 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing or product development role (fresh graduates welcome).
• Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar.
• Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control standards.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
