In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the head pastry chef in preparing and baking a variety of pastries, desserts, and bread items. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the head pastry chef in preparing and baking pastries, desserts, and bread items.,Maintain and clean kitchen equipment and utensils.,Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are met.,Assist in stock management and inventory control.,Prepare and maintain documentation related to food production.,Participate in team meetings and training sessions.,Assist in the development and implementation of new recipes and menu items.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience as an assistant pastry chef or similar role.,Knowledge of various baking techniques and ingredients.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Strong attention to detail and food safety knowledge.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new recipes and techniques.,Familiarity with basic kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
