📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain customer relationships to achieve sales targets.,Identify and evaluate potential customers and markets.,Prepare and present proposals, estimates, and contracts to potential clients.,Negotiate contracts and terms with clients to ensure mutual benefits.,Provide excellent customer service and support to existing clients.,Monitor market trends and competitors to stay ahead in the industry.,Manage and track sales performance and KPIs.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote the company's products.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the building materials industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing market share.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Strong understanding of building materials and construction industry.,Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.,Familiarity with sales software and CRM systems.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
