📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Input and verify data into our company's database using Excel and Google Sheets.
• Process and manage invoices, including data entry, verification, and reconciliation.
• Track and update shipment information, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
• Collaborate with the logistics team to resolve any discrepancies or issues in data and invoices.
• Maintain and organize records, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Assist in the preparation of reports and data analysis to support decision-making.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data management and invoicing.
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in data entry, invoicing, or a related field.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets for data entry and analysis.
