📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns and strategies.,Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences.,Create and manage marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and social media content.,Monitor and analyze marketing performance using relevant tools and software.,Assist in the coordination of events and promotions to increase brand awareness.,Provide support to the marketing team in achieving sales targets.,Maintain and update the company's marketing database and CRM system.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless marketing execution.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.,Maximum of 2 years of marketing experience (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).,Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other marketing software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian market and consumer behavior is a plus.,Willingness to travel for business purposes.
