As the Lead Cashier, you will be responsible for managing cashier operations, ensuring smooth transactions, and providing excellent customer service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage cashier operations, including opening and closing the cash register, and ensuring accurate financial records.,Provide excellent customer service, handling customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.,Train and supervise junior cashiers, ensuring they meet service and sales targets.,Monitor and control cash handling, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.,Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments to ensure smooth operations and timely service.,Maintain a clean and organized cashier area, including the cash register and surrounding workspace.,Conduct regular cash counts and reconciliations to ensure accuracy and prevent discrepancies.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in cashier operations and customer service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a cashier or similar role in the food and beverage industry.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.,Excellent mathematical and analytical skills, with the ability to perform accurate cash counts and reconciliations.,Proven ability to work well under pressure and meet service and sales targets.,Knowledge of POS systems and cash handling procedures is a plus.,Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with other departments.,Fluent in Indonesian, both written and spoken.,High school diploma or equivalent.
