Resto Tono Bangunan is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead HR Generalist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR and a deep understanding of the hospitality industry.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.,Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts.,Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.,Coordinate with management to address HR-related issues.,Lead and mentor HR staff.,Handle employee benefits and compensation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus.,Familiarity with HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
