📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the assigned section, ensuring high standards of service and customer satisfaction.,Lead and motivate a team of staff to achieve departmental targets and goals.,Manage staff schedules, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally and efficiently.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to maintain quality and availability of products.,Collaborate with other department heads to ensure smooth and efficient operations across the restaurant.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the hospitality industry.,Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Knowledge of food and beverage operations is a plus.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the hospitality industry.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
