📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and develop training programs that align with the company's strategic objectives and employee development plans.
• Identify training needs through data analysis and employee feedback, ensuring that programs are relevant and impactful.
• Deliver training sessions and workshops, utilizing a variety of instructional methods to engage and educate employees.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, surveys, and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with department heads and managers to integrate learning and development initiatives into the overall business strategy.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in employee training and development.
• Utilize learning management systems (LMS) such as TalentLMS to create and manage training content.
• Provide ongoing support and mentorship to employees, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development, preferably in the F&B industry.
• Proven track record of designing and implementing effective training programs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather and interpret data.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to deliver engaging training sessions.
• Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) such as TalentLMS.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
• Certification in instructional design or a related field is a plus.
