📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Coordinate with various departments to facilitate smooth workflow and communication.,Provide excellent customer service and support to both internal and external stakeholders.,Maintain accurate records and reports of operational activities.,Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational performance.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Assist in training and mentoring new staff members.,Handle any operational issues or emergencies as they arise.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar operational role.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with operational processes and best practices.,Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture is a plus.
