📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing and coordinating daily operations,Oversee the implementation of operational plans and procedures,Monitor and maintain operational efficiency and effectiveness,Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless operations,Handle and resolve operational issues and challenges,Prepare and maintain operational reports and documentation,Support in the development and implementation of new operational processes,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field,Minimum 2 years of experience in operations or related roles,Strong organizational and time management skills,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Familiarity with operational software and tools,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Proficiency in Indonesian and English is a plus
