📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Conduct job analyses and create job descriptions to ensure we are hiring the right people for the right roles.,Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Schedule and conduct interviews with candidates to assess their fit for the role and our company culture.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities and candidate information.,Provide regular reports and updates to the recruitment team and management on the status of hiring efforts.,Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve our processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of recruitment software and tools, such as ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.,Proven ability to meet and exceed recruitment targets and deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
