Hotel Jaya Laundry is seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruitment Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to support our business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, excellent communication skills, and a passion for creating a positive employee experience.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates.,Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and referrals.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the role.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide feedback on candidates.,Maintain a strong candidate database and track recruitment metrics to improve processes.,Assist in the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully filling positions in a timely manner.,Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and software, such as ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.
