Global Healthcare is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Store Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the store's inventory, ensuring smooth operations, and providing excellent customer service. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to the success of our company.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain store inventory, including stock levels, ordering, and receiving.,Ensure accurate and timely recording of sales and transactions.,Provide excellent customer service, assisting customers with their needs and inquiries.,Monitor and enforce store policies and procedures to maintain a safe and organized environment.,Collaborate with the sales team to promote products and achieve sales targets.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with company standards.,Assist in training and mentoring new team members to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of store strategies and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail or inventory management role.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with inventory management software and systems.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with remote work tools and platforms.,Ability to lift and move items up to 20 lbs (9 kg).
