📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including food preparation, service, and cleanliness.,Manage and motivate a team of staff to ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.,Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and control inventory levels to ensure cost efficiency and profitability.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.,Ensure that the restaurant meets all health and safety standards and regulations.,Develop and implement staff training programs to ensure a high level of service and product knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the food service industry.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff and customers.,Knowledge of food safety and health regulations, as well as health and safety standards.,Experience in developing and implementing marketing and promotional strategies.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with inventory management and cost control.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
