Makmur Zahra Mart is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Assistant & Cashier to join our team in Palu. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers, processing transactions, and promoting our products. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist customers with product selection and information.,Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the cash register.,Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.,Promote sales and special offers to customers.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Stock shelves and ensure the store is well-organized.,Collaborate with the sales team to meet daily targets.,Follow company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role (preferred but not required).,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.,Basic computer skills and familiarity with cash register systems.,Friendly, approachable, and customer-oriented attitude.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new products and systems.,Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds (10 kg).
