📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations and manage a team of chefs and kitchen staff.,Ensure high-quality food preparation and adherence to health and safety standards.,Develop and implement new recipes and menu items.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including proper storage and waste disposal.,Monitor food costs and inventory levels to ensure efficient use of resources.,Train and mentor junior staff to maintain high standards of food preparation.,Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.,Collaborate with the management team to ensure smooth restaurant operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Chef in a professional kitchen setting.,Proven track record of managing kitchen staff and ensuring high standards of food quality.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisines.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Familiarity with POS systems and kitchen management software.,Valid food handler's certificate and other relevant certifications.,Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
