Finance, Accounting & Tax (FAT) Manager - Surabaya

PT Sejahtera Globalindo Utama is seeking a dynamic and experienced Finance, Accounting & Tax (FAT) Manager to lead our financial operations in Surabaya. As a FAT Manager, you will manage a team of accountants and tax specialists, ensuring all financial processes are accurate, efficient, and compliant with Indonesian regulations. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire financial cycle, from accounting and tax compliance to financial reporting and analysis. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the preparation and submission of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with Indonesian GAAP and company policies.
• Manage the accounting team, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with all tax regulations and deadlines, including VAT, corporate income tax, and other applicable taxes.
• Develop and implement tax planning strategies to minimize tax liabilities while ensuring compliance with all legal requirements.
• Conduct financial analysis and forecasting to support strategic decision-making.
• Prepare and present financial reports to the executive team and board of directors.
• Collaborate with the audit committee to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Stay updated on changes in accounting standards and tax laws, and implement necessary adjustments.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a multinational or large-scale operation.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent certification.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian GAAP and tax laws.
• Proficient in financial software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to manage a team and drive performance.
