As our Front Office Staff, you’ll be the first point of contact for our guests, handling check-ins, check-outs, and managing reservations. You’ll also assist with daily operations, including coordinating with our team to ensure everything runs smoothly. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and courteously.
• Manage and update guest reservations using our in-house booking system.
• Assist with front desk operations, including handling inquiries and resolving guest concerns.
• Coordinate with our team to ensure smooth daily operations and guest satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean and organized front office area, including guest records and reception area.
• Assist with guest communications, including sending confirmations and follow-ups.
• Support the team in preparing for guest arrivals and departures.
• Contribute to the overall guest experience by ensuring our camp is welcoming and well-maintained.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a front office or guest services role in the hospitality industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Basic knowledge of hotel management software, such as PMS (Property Management System), is a plus.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with Bali and the local culture is a bonus.
• Passionate about providing excellent guest services and contributing to a positive work environment.
