Your daily tasks will include conducting inspections, testing samples, and ensuring compliance with Halal and food safety regulations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct regular quality inspections and testing to ensure compliance with Halal and food safety standards.
• Monitor and document all quality control processes to maintain high standards.
• Work with the production team to address and resolve any quality issues promptly.
• Ensure all products meet regulatory requirements and Halal certification standards.
• Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance product quality.
• Train and mentor junior staff on quality control procedures and Halal compliance.
• Collaborate with suppliers to ensure consistent quality of incoming ingredients.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive quality control records and reports.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Halal certification, or a similar role.
• Certification in Halal food production or related field (e.g., IFAN, IFS, or equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and Halal standards.
• Proficient in using quality control software such as LabArchives, QMS, or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
