As an HR Executive at Search Personnel, you'll be responsible for overseeing the entire recruitment process, from job advertising to onboarding new hires. You'll also handle employee relations, performance appraisals, and training and development programs. In this role, you'll use industry-standard tools like BambooHR for HR management, Google Workspace for communication and collaboration, and Zoom for virtual meetings. You'll also have the opportunity to work with a diverse and talented team in a vibrant and supportive work environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job advertising, candidate screening, and onboarding new hires.
• Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees to support their professional growth.
• Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Handle employee relations, including resolving conflicts and addressing grievances.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records using BambooHR.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand their staffing needs and ensure the right talent is hired.
• Stay up-to-date with labor laws and regulations, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Represent the company at employee events and initiatives to promote a positive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment and employee relations.
• Proven experience using HR management software like BambooHR.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Experience with Google Workspace and Zoom is a plus.
