📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage employee records and ensure compliance with local labor laws
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
• Coordinate payroll and benefits administration using QuickBooks and BambooHR
• Support HR initiatives, including performance management and training programs
• Maintain office documentation and ensure all administrative tasks are completed accurately and efficiently
• Assist with event planning and coordination for company gatherings
• Handle office logistics, including procurement and inventory management
• Provide administrative support to the management team

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in HR administration or a similar role
• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
• Familiarity with HR software such as BambooHR and payroll systems like QuickBooks
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
