📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct regular audits of branch operations to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations.
• Monitor financial transactions and prepare detailed financial reports using SAP and Excel.
• Identify and mitigate financial risks by analyzing data and providing actionable insights.
• Collaborate with branch managers and other stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
• Ensure adherence to internal controls and procedures to maintain operational integrity.
• Prepare and present audit findings and recommendations to senior management.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in financial risk management.
• Provide training and support to branch staff on financial compliance and risk management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in audit, finance, or accounting, preferably in a financial institution.
• Proficiency in using SAP and Excel for financial analysis and reporting.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Certification in audit or financial risk management is a plus.
