📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct one-on-one consultations with students to understand their academic and career goals.
• Provide personalized advice and recommendations based on students' needs and aspirations.
• Connect students with suitable educational programs, scholarships, and resources.
• Assist students in completing application forms and preparing for interviews.
• Maintain accurate records of student interactions and progress.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new educational opportunities.
• Attend industry events and workshops to stay updated on the latest trends and developments.
• Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with students and stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in education consulting, student advisory, or a related role.
• Proven track record in sales and customer advisory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Familiarity with educational software and tools such as Student Information Systems (SIS) and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Certification in education consulting or a related field is a plus.
