In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end event management, from initial concept development to final execution. You’ll collaborate with our creative team to design engaging event concepts, manage vendor relationships, and oversee logistics to ensure seamless event delivery. Bali’s unique cultural and natural backdrop provides an inspiring setting for your events, allowing you to create truly memorable experiences.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and execute event strategies that align with brand objectives and marketing goals.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers to secure and manage event logistics.
• Oversee budget management and financial reporting to ensure cost-effective event execution.
• Manage event timelines and schedules, ensuring all activities are completed on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of event elements.
• Gather and analyze post-event feedback to continuously improve future events.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Represent the company at events and networking opportunities to build brand awareness.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in event planning and execution, with a proven track record of managing successful events.
• Proficient in using event management software such as Cvent, Eventbrite, or Bizzabo.
• Strong understanding of budgeting, financial management, and cost control.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with vendors and stakeholders.
• Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
• Familiarity with event marketing and promotional strategies.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
